Dear Jenna,

This is one of the sweetest and most genuine emails we have received; it truly warms our hearts. It is loyal fans like you and your daughter - I remember asking you to thank your daughter for eating all your dumplings when you returned to get more for early lunch - that keeps us continually working hard through out those endless nights making dumplings. Nancy and I (Tracy is retired) are extremely honored to have food experts like yourself, your husband and the future foodie ( your daughter) to recognize our product and blog about us. Your blog couldn’t have happened in a better time - we have been making everything from scratch for the last 10 years and at times can feel so over whelming and tiring, but meeting your beautiful family and reading your wonderful blog has made us realize how far we’ve came and how all the efforts are so worth while. Can’t wait to see you guys in September.

Sincerely yours,
Ting and Nancy.
p.s. we just found out a couple of days ago that we were also mentioned in National Geographic Traveler: 48 hrs in Boulder.
