For those of you who tune in faithfully each week to watch ChefBud LIVE every Wednesday, we apologize that there will be no show today. Today ChefBud is busy getting ready for a busy catering weekend. As I’ve said in my previous blog, Telluride is known for having a festival nearly every weekend all summer long. This weekend marks the 28th annual Telluride Wine Festival.

The Telluride Wine Festival offers food and wine enthusiasts an unforgettable four-day event where they will meet winemakers, celebrity chefs, and sommeliers for an unparalleled educational and epicurean experience. The weekend is spent attending cooking demonstrations, winemaker luncheons and dinners, and seminars featuring some of the most exciting names in today’s culinary world. It is an amazing opportunity to celebrate the magic of food and wine and learn the intricacies and pleasures of selecting wine amid unspoiled vistas and majestic 14,000 foot peaks of Telluride
As he has done for the last three years, ChefBud will provide the finale to this amazing weekend with a Champagne Brunch on Sunday. He will spend the next few days diligently preparing to serve brunch to more than 300 people in town park. So good luck, Chef. I can’t wait to eat brunch on Sunday!

Very exciting! I hope to be there to take pictures of you, but we’ll see, I’m quite drained after Aspen!
Any hints as to what you will be cooking for the brunch? Do tell!
