This month at Telluride’s Wilkinson Public Library we were pleased to have Robert Hughes appear at the Books and Cooks series. Robert showed us how to put together a wedding cake with Grand Marnier simple syrup, fresh fruit, buttercream filling, and a fluffy whipped cream frosting. Check back soon for the recipes he used.
