Books and Cooks: Making Cakes with Robert Hughes

This month at Telluride’s Wilkinson Public Library we were pleased to have Robert Hughes appear at the Books and Cooks series. Robert showed us how to put together a wedding cake with Grand Marnier simple syrup, fresh fruit, buttercream filling, and a fluffy whipped cream frosting. Check back soon for the recipes he used.

Robert Hughes is the Pastry Chef and Owner of Telluride Pastries & Wedding Cakes. He is a graduate of the California Culinary Institute and the Culinary Institute of America.
