Chef Bud is a Telluride personal chef whose passion for cooking began at an early age. As the first member of his family born in the United States, Bud grew up immersed in the diverse cultures, traditions, and cuisines his parents brought from their home countries. Those early experiences shaped his culinary perspective and inspired a lifelong love of food.
Chef Bud refined his skills while working as a professional chef in top restaurants in the United States and abroad. His experience includes kitchens such as Loews Ventana Canyon Resort and Café Terra Cotta in Tucson, Arizona, as well as Les Saveurs and The Collection in London, England. This international background allows Chef Bud to bring a global influence to every menu he creates.
Chef Bud is a graduate of the New England Culinary Institute in Montpelier, Vermont, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Food & Beverage Management. His formal culinary training, combined with years of hands-on restaurant experience, ensures a high level of professionalism, organization, and execution in every in-home dining experience.
